Our Deep Cleaning services are available for residential and commercial properties that connects with Premium Deep Cleaning and Add-Ons services, allowing clients to customise their booking across Melbourne. Add-Ons Saver discounts apply automatically at checkout when eligible extras are selected . Clients must provide accurate address details, access instructions, parking information, and a valid phone number. All bookings are completed online and assigned automatically to our cleaning team. Clients can select their preferred date and time based on live availability. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Clients may book on behalf of someone else as long as the correct service address and access details are provided. All bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled their booking online up 24 hours before the appointment. Any cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a late-cancellation fee. Payment can be completed online or at the time of service, depending on the client's preference. All bookings require accurate address details, access instructions, and any relevant notes to ensure smooth service delivery. Payment & Fees Policy • A valid card on file is required to secure all online bookings. • A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. • Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur $25 fee. . Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the booking will be charge 50% of the service price • Same‑day cancellations may be charged the full deposit amount. • No‑show or failure to provide access will be charged the full of the service price. • Additional charges may apply for extremely dirty or neglected properties requiring extra time. • All fees are automatically charged to the card on file. By booking, clients agree to provide accurate address details, access instructions, and ensure someone is present at the property at the scheduled time or can show access instruction or leave the key if client can't attend at the scheduled time.
